Body Language The Art Of Reading People

There is a different in the way a person acts, talks and acts in different settings due to their body language. Since the whole world is not one huge room, there are some settings which would be more appropriate for the person you are talking to, while there would be a certain setting for others. However, everyone is different and the only person who can read your body language is yourself. The next few paragraphs will introduce to you some ways of body language to improve the way you talk and interact with people.

When you were a child, you learnt different ways of looking at things. You learned the power of seeing, sensing and hearing. We still continue to learn through our senses.

Hearing is a very good way to know what another person's intentions are. The entire body part, which is used for this purpose is known as the body language. While people move their body parts, we are able to react accordingly.

We have learnt that when in a situation where you feel a lot of anxiety, you need to keep moving towards a place where you feel comfortable, and the absence of personal space can worsen this situation. Body movements are the fastest way to get yourself out of an uncomfortable situation. Keeping the eyes off the ground is also another way of maintaining comfort and allows the eyes to roam freely.

The same rule is applicable to body language too, and the muscles that support speech are called the "tongue" muscles. The tongue is a muscle that opens and closes our mouths when we speak. As much as possible, always keep the mouth closed and the muscles closed while talking.

There are a lot of exercises which will help us learn how to use our body language. While doing these exercises, it is important to keep a body language body up, by moving your muscles accordingly. This is very important in life and if you do not feel comfortable while performing the exercise, you need to end the exercise early.

For example, if you are standing in front of someone and want to look at them, you can do a shoulder turn or a head turn to get your focus on them. Even though eye contact is not possible with all people, the eye movement can still allow you to get your attention.

Another exercise for body language is to stand with your back to someone and face them. As soon as the other person turns their head towards you, you can do a body move, which should be done slowly and easily with the head turned as you need to turn the head slowly to the other side.

These exercises can be easily done when the other person wants to see you, if you are in a public place or even in a private place and you have the chance to look at them. When you want to make another person see you, you need to be aware of what they are doing so that you can read their body language too.

If you want to improve your body language by reading your partner's body language too, you need to understand and realise your own body language too. As soon as you know what the other person is looking at, you can move your head from where you want them to look at to where they wanted you to look at.

When you are able to read your partner's body language, you will be able to change your body movements as well. Whenever you are able to move your body as per the same pattern, you can try to get your partner to turn their head the same way that you want them to.

Body language is indeed an important aspect of communication. Just like any other aspect of communication, you cannot assume about how it would be when you speak to another person and have never learntabout body language.
